1. Service

Inkletter (app.inkletter) is an Android application that helps you read Gmail newsletters on E-Ink devices. Contact: admin@inkletter.app. Website: https://www.inkletter.app/.

2. Account and Google access

You sign in with Google. The app requests only the OAuth scopes needed to identify your account and read newsletter emails (gmail.readonly and email). Inkletter does not send, modify, or delete email. You may revoke access at any time in Google Account settings or by signing out in the app.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Inkletter only for lawful personal reading of newsletters you are entitled to access. You must not misuse the app, attempt to bypass billing or security, or use it in a way that violates Google’s terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features (Inkletter Pro), if offered, are billed through Google Play. Cancellations, refunds, and renewals follow Google Play’s policies and your Play account settings.

5. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every newsletter will display perfectly on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
